We strongly believe that to feel good just a few simple things are required, we don’t believe at all in complicated diets or exhausting exercise, we believe in a method that is within everyone’s reach.
Here is an example, one of our basic principles is water, meaning drink water constantly and at least 2 litres a day and in certain particular moments. Why? Because it is necessary for our organism to detoxify and hydrate itself and because in certain moments it is more useful scientifically and chemically than in others.
