Healthy eating is fundamental: in a world where we are always on the run and always cook less, and in a world with too much pollution, our skin may suffer and nutrition plays a crucial role in maintaining our skin healthy and young.

Our skin and also all our tissue need to be fed adequately and there are foods which help keep the skin healthy and in shape. Foods that thanks to their properties help us to maintain the elasticity and the beauty of our skin.

WALNUTS: with walnuts you stock up of fatty acids, essential nutrients for a beautiful skin, these protect you from the harmful effects of the sun and pollution and improve the elasticity of the tissue.

The Lycopene is not lost during the cooking of the tomato, which on the contrary is also present in the sauce, hence also cooked tomatoes preserve all their beneficial effects.
